Despite his work in finding justice for the family of Trayvon Martin, Rev. Al Sharpton’s biggest media moment in recent times happened because of the announcement that 58-year-old civil rights activist is dating 35-year-old stylist Aisha McShaw, which garnered heavy criticism from the disapproving public. Over the last few weeks, Sharpton and McShaw have been photographed arm-in-arm on several high profile events, stirring up anger with critical fans who complain that McShaw is too young for Sharpton. Sharpton is also being criticized for dating McShaw while still being legally married to his wife, Kathy Jordan. They married in 1980 and separated in 2004. However, according to Rumor Fix, Sharpton’s publicist, Rachel Noerdlinger, claims that Sharpton is perplexed by all of the scrutiny and criticism. “His exact words to me were, ‘Rachel, I’m not announcing an engagement or a marriage. Don’t I have a right to date when my marriage has been over for a decade?’” said Noerdlinger. Well, Sharpton certainly isn’t the first and only celebrity to date extremely younger or older. Love is in the air for Michael Jordan and his fiancee Yvette Prieto. However, love isn’t enough to get the NBA legend to not protect his $650 million empire. Jordan recently had Prieto sign a prenup. According to NewsOne.com, the agreement stipulates that both Jordan and Prieto will walkaway with all of the assets they came into the marriage with should things go south. Yvette Prieto is entitled to one million dollars for every year they stay married and if their wedded bliss lasts longer than ten years, Prieto will then receive five million for every year after the decade milestone. While the 33-year-old Cuban model did sign the prenup, she doesn’t believe they will need it because they have that Ashford & Simpson type of love–solid (yes, I know that was corny). The couple has been together since 2009 and will allegedly walk down the aisle on the 27th of April.

Rick Ross’ lyrics are often about drug selling, his ability to become extremely violent and sex. The Miami rapper may have taken things a bit too far with his lyrics on Rocko’s song, “U.O.E.N.O.” On the song, Rick Ross raps, “Put molly all in her champagne, she ain’t even know it, I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain’t even know it.” Rick Ross may have thought it was a clever line. But in America, those are actions of a rapist. In hip-hop, rape has never been acceptable or considered cool. Remember, the rapper usually positions himself to be the guy who is desired by females. He doesn’t need to trick a woman or force her to have sex. Great rappers such as Big Daddy Kane, Jay-Z or Nas would never cheapen themselves to say such a thing in a song. However, Rick Ross’ lyric suggest that he is an undesirable sociopath who will do anything to get over, including rape.

Kids, a face tattoo is not for everyone. Take Cash Money founder and CEO Bryan "Birdman" Williams who has an assortment of ink, including two brand new ones, on his mug, for example. He is rich and can pretty much do as he pleases. You, are not. Birdman took to Instagram and revealed that "GTV" and "TRUKFIT" tattoos have been added to his already sizeable face tattoo collection. The GTV, which stands for his Grand Touring Vodka brands, sits above his left eye, while the TRUKFIT logo is on the lower portion of his left cheek. A few weeks ago, the "What Happened To That Boy?" rapper got a new "Rich Gang" logo tattoo on the right side of his face, which coincides with his forthcoming compilation project titled, Rich Gang. While Lil Wayne was in the hospital, Birdman was adamant that it was working too hard, not a drug overdose, that landed his son in the ICU.
