You know how it seemed like, for once, Chris Brown handled himself honorably last week after he rear-ended a Mercedes in Los Angeles? Well, it appears he may have behaved true to form after all. According to TMZ, the Los Angeles Police Department is investigating Brown for hit-and-run after allegations that Brown gave the woman whose car he clipped incorrect insurance information and refused to hand over his driver’s license number. If it’s determined that Brown left the scene of an accident without disclosing the required info, TMZ says, he could be found in violation of his probation for beating up Rihanna, which could get him up to four years in prison
