Dawn Richards In Black x White

Dawn Richard SMFU

Dawn Richard has been a part of multiple music groups in her short time as a famed singer discovered by none other than P. Diddy. Her latest endeavor after Diddy Dirty Money has fallen apart (go figure) is a solo one, and she’s certainly got the support of her fans in this one.

In anticipation of her A Golden Heart project, Dawn has released the first track titled “#SMFU (Save Me From You)” and now has an emotional music video tied to it. She of course comes with herfashionable personal styling in the vid, complete with an entourage of ladies and some interpretive dance too.

It’s all shot in black and white, and Dawn even has some choreography of her own along with her bevy of women. When she premiered the visuals on “106th and Park” she shared that this some derives from a really rough point in her life and lets us in on the ultimate twist. “I feel like there’s a lot of people who pretend to be a hero, but they really are the villains in this story,” she shares. Although there’s not a story told in the video, the lyrics to the talking in this one.
